A Family Affair Since 1980
At Tronsen Automotive, we believe that the best way to keep your vehicle running smoothly and worry-free is to have regular maintenance checkups.
Our certified and experienced mechanics are committed to your safety. That’s why they will meticulously perform your car’s seasonal maintenance, including its oil change in Thunder Bay. Furthermore, they will inspect, locate and best advise a customer on the required repairs or adjustments.
Thanks to our multi-point inspection process, we carefully go through your vehicle’s systems so that you, as the owner and driver, can put your mind at ease once you get back on the road. Also, your mechanic will make you are aware of the condition of each operating system and fully explain any repairs that might be required.
If you truly want to be ready for the long drives to your children’s camp or the fun road trips that you may be doing over the hottest season of the year, we recommend our summer maintenance inspection package, also called “summerize”.
Along with an oil change, we will inspect your tires, your electrical system (including battery, alternator and starter) as well as your brakes and all steering and suspension components. Additionally, during our multipoint vehicle inspection, we will test the air conditioning, making sure you’ll stay cool all summer long.
In the fall, you want to make sure your vehicle is ready for the long cold winters that we get here in northern Ontario. During our winter preventive maintenance inspection or “winterize” package, we will thoroughly inspect your vehicle to make sure it’s ready to endure those frigid months.
Amongst other aspects, we’ll check your antifreeze level, test the battery, alternator and starter along with the vehicle's block heater to ensure your vehicle can handle the below 0 temperatures and start on the first try. We will also change the oil and complete our multipoint inspection which includes the examination of your brakes, steering and suspension along with fluid levels, belts, filters, lights and wipers.
Periodic checkups prevent pricey repairs down the road. Don’t leave it up to chance; contact us today to schedule your next appointment.
